[Frozen.Solid]

Original is by torie 95, I just edited a few lines (With permission) and changed the color scheme, otherwise I'd just be editing the lines and editables are more fun when you change the colors. At first I was just gonna do small things, but then I was like, "Hey, I have a new layer already, why not edit a few more" so here it is, I also edited the wings, and I sorry for my laziness with them. I'm trying to do a new style of wings, and the original owners was a bit different, so I'm sorry. I hope you guys like this!
