Declined. I usually don't do this, but please, no offense, I need more specific things in order to make you happy. Otherwise, you won't like my drawing. And I want my customers to be happy.

1. I don't do dresses, you need to check the first post.
2. Second, this is FREE chibis.
3. You didn't talk about hair at all, is she bald? What color hair? Any bangs? What length? I want it to be what you want. c:
4. Please come up with a real reason. I don't want to make a chibi that you aren't going to use. In "why do you want it" please tell me, is it for inspiration? Do you want to write about it? Is it your character?
