i only have
flip-flops
jeans
shorts
tee shirt
short hair
long hair
medium hair
right bangs
left bangs
straight accross bangs
if you want something else, you have to add it yourself ^^
recommendations:
if you want thicker lines you should duplicate the lines when you are done with the outfit and hair. make the layer copy blurred a bit by clicking effects>blur>boxblur>blur amount: 1
then make the opacity a bit lower, and merge it to the original lines layer.
if you want thicker lines, duplicate the lines layer again and merge down.
i also recommend making a layer for sketching new outfits if you want to add ny for your own character. use pen>color red> size one. make sure it is about the base lines and that any outfit, hair, or color layer is not shown, so you can see it better.
when you are done with the sketch, move the sketch layer under base lines. erase some of the base you do not need/are covered by clothes and hair.
then just do the official lines on the base line layer.
if you want a younger-looking chibi girl, make the chest area small/flatter.
