yes this is a contest. yes it has prizes:

second place: 2 uncommons

You can directly ask a mod to move it, or add to the title "mods please move to contest" and bump it until someone see's it and it is moved

You must list your prizes, otherwise there's no incentive to enter for other users.

please be more specific about what exactly people have a chance to win, because at the moment you make it sound like all prizes contain multiple sun back plushies and uncommons
write it up like this for example:
1st place: sun back plushie dog + 1 uncommon
2nd place: 1 uncommon
3rd place: 1 common
