What Does Working at Huntlands Entail?
-Creating your own customs.
-Very flexible schedules with no set production requirements.
-Taking art orders when you want to- you can accept custom requests or not, the choice is yours.
-Choose your own payment demands for custom orders you take.
-A growing variety and ever-increasing variety of line arts available.
-No coloring restrictions or specific traits. Mutations are always welcome. <3


What I am Looking For:
-Someone who is experienced in using the oekaki.
-An artist who is versatile and doesn't mind making line art changes.
-Coloring -inside- the lines. XD That age-old requirement no one mentions.
-Creativity is key.

What Will Get You Hired:
On your entry, if you exhibit any of the following, your chances of being accepted as an artist will increase:
-Line edits that look 'natural' to the lines. (I use the pen tool, size 1, round hard edge for my own lines -hint-)
-Unique colorations.
-Overall thought-out theme and concept.

Rules:
-You may enter as many times as you like. However, you will be ignored if you just spam up this contest thread with drawings that are basically just alpha-locking and no actual designing or editing.
-You will be always able to keep your design. However, in certain cases, I will not allow you to just use them as one of my species. You may be able to keep it as an HL species if I give you special permission to- I usually reserve this, but often give most entered users permission to do so.
-Do NOT pester me about when the contest will end or who is winning. I'll announce the end date, and it will not be up for debate. As for the 'who's winning'- well, that just isn't fair and it takes the competition out of the contest.
-USE the lines provided only. Do NOT make your own species/creation/art. This is a competition to see how well you can color in pre-existing ones.


Prizes:

1st Place- You become an artist, you keep your design as a custom if you would like, and you win this pet:

*prizes are subject to not change, but if a problem arises, an equal or greater value substitute can be found and switched for them. I'm not expecting this to happen, but the mini lawyer in me wants to be safe. XD

Design's Theme:
:V Well...i really don't have one in mind at the moment....SURPRISE? Eh, i don't think you'd like that. Hmm...maybe a 'starlight night' or one of the elements. (Ex: Water, Fire, Wind, And Land. As well as a few more extra ones.)

Reason You Want to be an Artist:
I would like to be an artist because i saw this in the recent oekaki on the forum page and it struck my interest. I'm very good at being an employee for places and i l.o.v.e making things on oekaki. It calms me down, gives me something to subside the boredom, and it's something that's fun to do on CS.

Would You Be Comfortable with Making Customs?
Definitely. I love taking certain designs that people have given me and making them into what i think will suit both the line art, their expectations, and the design. Customs are one of my favorite parts in being an artist for certain places; i would love being one here too. :3

Would You Be Able to 'Breed' Designs?:
Hmm....I think i have more of a problem in doing breeding... but never the less, the amazing rainbow trout will have to find a way to blend two beautiful designs together to make them even cuter offspring. I'm not the best at doing these kinds of things, but adding line edits and colors to suit both parents....i think i'll be able to find a way to do this. c;

You have to color it in, and then post that form on your entry. I provided all different lines with shading and alpha lock for the competition. ^^;
