Yep this is my entry!
The signs mean Love, Laugh, And Faith The black stripes are white Tiger, some of the most prized Chinese Animals. The pink dots is Chinese Cherry blossoms and the pink stripes are tribal paint the black on the face is chinese War Paint and the red and gold bracelets and rag is the Empress's jewelry. The hair is normal Chinese hair and the red things on top are chop sticks.
Well I hope you like her. Tell me if I need to change/ add any thing
