The paws and tail

Also one the body one the ear is the fram of the ear but on the head fram it is on the inside

To make it easier, I think what He/She means is that the ear on the body has color around the inside ear tufts, whilst on the head view, the color is on the back ear part, and it is just black around the inside ear tufts.

okay, i tried fixing it. IT LOOKS SO BAD. ;~; eh, but i tried. I really do hope you like it.

And the tail really isn't all the complicated. It's basically just bigger dots. (Around the pencil size of 6-9) that get smaller and smaller as the tail goes. (Going down in size from 6-9 to 1.) And the legs i tried to keep the same colors and just used the checker-board template to do the design. Then i put a white outline on them.(Size 1, using 84% on smoothing to keep it straight) And on the ears, what do you mean? I might just see the linart different than you. c:
