Make me a Steampunk Character!

Yes, I am really needing a steampunk charrie. I absolutely adore Steampunk, yet lack the artful skillz to create some steampunk. :C
Likes:
Lots of Victorian!
Robot legs, arms, or eyes
Feathers-preferably raven or peacock
Darker victorian
Dark colors
Top hats
Goggles!!
Creepy & Unusual
Need more female charries. Males are alright too, though.
Dislikes:
Too much robot, not enough victorian
Too much victorian, not enough robot
To much feathers
Neon
Sports
Now for what we've all been waiting for...prizes OuO
