Well this is my entry ^-^ to be honest I'm proud of myself 
I tried a couple things for the first time and they turned out pretty good in my opinion. The thing around her right ear is supposed to be a Halo then the thing around her tail...well I don't know but I like it 
the thing around her neck is supposed to be a necklace/choker of some sort, I'm sure there's a name for it I just can't think of it and her left eye is actually 4 different colors blended together they are the same shade of red as the balloon, same shade of orange as her fur, same shade of blue as the background and white. ^-^ I also used white for her other eye but it turned into a nice shade of blue so I kept it like that Anyway any suggestions are welcome but I can not do hair or Beanies trust me I tried they are horrible. I'll probably edit it a bit later but at the moment I can't think of anything else to do.
