I just say that you really need to look at some tutorials on basic canine anatomy, then on basic FOX anatomy. Because all canines have different anatomy, so be sure to look up both!

Also, just look at some references of the actual thing you're drawing. But don't look at just one, look at 3 or 4 pictures to get a good view on the subject itself.

I very much made this cartoony, but I was just trying to get the basics across.
