She(<--taking a guess) is a border collie.

Has a pet albino ferret that has black ears, paws, and raccoon tail.
It also wears a tiny little bright red bandanna.

Light blue rings on her back.

White wings with a outline of blue.

A X' piercing in the right ear with a light blue stud.

In the left ear there is a blue stud in the left side of ear and a weird long and creative earring(truly I have no idea XD I can get rid of it if you want me too (; )

Black bandanna with a white jewel that glow light blue like wings.

Hip marking[no idea again XD ]

Dark and Light blue eyes.

And then a random bee XD

I can't even describe how much I love this character.
You thought of everything. The colors go together beautifully, and I can't imagine anything being better. The wings give a futuristic feeling to her, and I have a soft spot for border collies, haha. The hip and back designs are gorgeous, and so are the earrings. I also love how the ferret's albino and has it's own design and bandanna. Everything is perfect, from the paw design right down to the random bee <3
