yoooo hi guys, so I'm not sure if anyone here remembers but a while ago I introduced myself. for those of you who don't know me, I'm water ! I'm really excited to be here & I'm really looking to be part of the community ;o; ! I don't have my first yet but I'm trying really hard ! also I'm looking for art but have like no payment- I have pets & maybe fr if anyone takes that & also like 35 da points haha


How did you first stumble upon/come across Kalons?
I think I was browsing and hit the home page & the name sounded pretty cool & so I clicked on it & I've tried for a few but with no avail ;n; bUT I'm not giving up yet c;

What is your favorite thing about the species?
how they already have like hair- lots of species are just flat, but these ones all of them have a least a floof !

What is one of your favorite things about the Kalon community so far?/What about the community has made you want to stay?
I've been stalking & you guys are super nice & seem very mature & pulled together haha

I was looking at the created pets and saw a kalon and fell in love.

who is your favorite Kalon?
well i have a few favorites? but at the top of my mind, i really like Q₁₀'s arthur, and nebulavery's nerina! also bakla's ursa and another one of Q₁₀'s - arcus oops and also tealea's korina
do you have a dream Kalon design concept? if so, what is it?
yeah kinda maybe i guess haha
like i would love a kalon with this pretty french braid and prettier tail shine and maybe draw inspo from the stars or icarus? or the ocean, or atla. or flowers ok i give up rip
how did you first stumble upon/come across kalons?
stalking the created pets forum for a few months before trying any contests tbh
what is your favorite thing about the species?
the tail shines o and the community! check and miniature definitely seem like good people (and the honorable mention system!!!!), i'm glad they own kalons haha
what is one of your favorite things about the kalon community so far?/what about the community has made you want to stay? for one, the activity and the designs of the artists. they work hard and i love that they try to balance out contests?? like not every one is guaranteed to go to an owner of multiple kalons, but some are geared to nonowners as well

How did you first stumble upon/come across Kalons?
I was scrolling through oekaki, at first I wasn't interested. Then I saw more and more of them, so I tried cor one... Then some.... Then lots! Thankfully, I got my babe Iridescent! (thanks siennacereal btw)

What is your favorite thing about the species?
Where can I begin?! The HM system for one, it's a really kind and unique way to be rewarded for your efforts. The kind community! //hugs gadget <3 and the tail shines and overall designs! I also deeply respect and appreciate all the artists and Mintiature's work and effort!!

The community is amazingly helpful and kind. They welcome anyone and everyone! They are supportive and always have something nice to say! I just wanna say that you guys are absolutely amazing and you deserve so much love!!

And I recently got a new babe! They are the tope right one and their name is Evelyn Cornelius! They are neither male nor female and they are a total air head. They mean well but they can sometimes get.... Hyper. They are open for friends and enemies! I'm welcoming enemies since none of my kalons have enemies ;-;

But anyways I just wanted to introduce you guys to my first Kalon!



His name is Carson! He's a poncho wearing emotional sweetheart who's always making others feel better and has a smile on his face 24/7! He was given to me by the amazing brospeh! I love him to bits aaaAAAA im so happy oh my gosh!!! QUQ
But he's open to friends and a relationship so please pm me iif you're interested!!

Hey!
I've been feeling pretty under-motivated lately and decided I'd trying this out instead. I don't get a lot of commission requests cos my art sucks so I guess I'll try a freebie out. For summer, I'd like to do an art piece including 10-15 Kalons all in a group photo. I might wait until the CS summer event to do a background for some related art, but right now I'm interested in gather those 10-15 Kalons for this group shot
If you're interested please PM a ref and possibly a pose/friend you'd like your Kalon beside. ONE Kalon per person only, if you request your Kalon beside a mate or friend the other Kalon own must PM me separately with the same request (ex. Butter wants her Kalon, Peanut, in a shot with Jelly; Jelly's owner must also contact me.)
Just thought I'd try and get some art done, we'll see how it goes. Please have color codes somewhere in your Kalon's form; I'd really help ;-;

How did you first stumble upon/come across Kalons?
I saw people requesting art of them in the dcay or sharing them on the caaa or something. Honestly I can't remember exactly, but I've seen them around for a while.

What is your favorite thing about the species?
Too many things to list ouo I really enjoy drawing kalons through, so that helps?

What is your favorite piece of art that you have ever gotten of your Kalon(s)?
I haven't actually gotten art of her yet ;; I keep trying to order art but it's not working?

I really like that everyone is really kind and welcoming. I tend to be kind of nervous about posting on fanclubs, but I'm really comfortable here!


Speaking of Parker, I did a pretty quick sketch-thing of her. Not my favorite piece ever but I'm still trying to figure out how I draw kalons so it's just another experiment, really.

I know I posted a few days ago saying I was a nonowner, but now I can officially say I own one Kalon!



As for anything about them, I don't quite know-- still working that out!
But in celebration, I'll do a few quick drawings of other Kalons!
No guarantee it'll be great because I'm not sure about their anatomy yet, but practice makes perfect!
