    not sure about the first one, as the ur peach hasn't been placed on the list yet. double-check with someone else on that.
    the second one is unfair to them - a grinner is worth about 14 mid '09 rares. your side doesn't add up to that much.

The Cobweb bun is worth about 3-4 09' rares. I'd say both are fair, but you could probably get more than what they're offering on the second one. Overall though, the first is better.

The first is better, I usually manage to get cobweb buns for 3 09 rares because bunnies just don't have great demand.
I never offer 4 09 rares for it myself, I would take the first trade because they're simply offering the max amount of 09 rares you'd get for it ^^
