This bubble-themed kalon will be a sort of raffle-flatsale hybrid!

A raffle will be held to choose who will be able to buy this kalon. It is free to enter the raffle, however!
The winner will be expected to pay 30 tokens to claim this kalon!

Remember to only enter if you would have enough tokens to claim them!

However, there is one more clause in this comp. I want to make this more available to people who joined late or didn't have enough time to hunt down a ton of fireflies! So, you may only enter if you have 70 tokens or less at the close of this comp!
