I logged on quick to see how I did it. Click on your career badge on the right and on the screen right of your villagers name is a blue button that says "change career." They can only chance career once a day however.

Takes long to load but joined Furvilla and a RP on it

I'm not 100% sure on this. I have seen a few people offer flightrising and other offsite stuff for furcash/dollars.
