Just managed to check my adoptions and it seems i'm missing the majority of the second gen pups :c
And probably a couple of the butterfly wolves, but I am so excited for all these different outcomes!!

Its like that with Lions too. You have a slim chance to get them when you adopt your kitties.
I always get psyched out every single month since Lions are my favorite animal and we haven't had a lion in a litter for like ever...

wait wait wait, since when shall lions be hidden in the cat adopts? as far as i know there are no lions in the cat litters. well, excepting it's a part of the litter (like the green lioness from eh...2011 or so?)
but otherwise there are no lions hidden between the cats like zebras between the equines

No you're totally right. There is NO random chance of hidden old/re-release lions in the cat litters like there is with zebras in horse litters. The only way a lion would be in a cat litter is if it was actually part of that monthly litter (so, it'll never be a random UR lion sneaking in or something). And honestly the last and only times I can remember even the mixed-litter thing happening were with that purple August PPS and the rainbow July Lioness, both from before I even joined (in 2012), so it's been YEARS since we even had a mixed litter.

Anybody hoping to get an old lion mixed in with current cat adopts is never going to get their wish (unless of course Tess decides to implement something new - which seems doubtful since the only reason it happens with zebras is that they're her favorite).

I think that one of the Syrian hamsters may split, as three outcomes for a litter of seven seems a bit sparse

And sameee @Cursed Fox Jayfrist did wonderful with the gemstone litter, and if this newborn is to be any indication, I think I'll like this litter even more. It's very serene and pretty

Well my month is not starting good, missed one each of the hamsters, BWolf, and a second gen. And to top it off, my phone logged me out while I was adopting the cats, so not realizing my cats are three hours later. Off to find the pets I've missed.

That's what I was thinking! I think it's such an adorable theme for them, especially if we get a PPS.
