Tyler dropped the knife to instead wrap his arms around the small boy. He had to wonder why Azusa became so torn and what had caused such an expression. But he couldn't think as much as those familiar words were mumbled into his chest. "I know. Azu loves me.." He hummed, running his hand through the other's hair. This moment lasted for only a few minutes before his grip hardened in the other's hair and pulled back so they made eye contact. "Never turn your back on me again. Don't ever ignore me again. Understood?" He growled before softening his gaze and smiling, pulling Azusa back into the original hug. "Of course you do. Azu's a good boy."

London finished his sandwich as well but couldn't stop himself from grabbing a second. Good thing they made two for each. He nodded at Chess's response before chewing happily. "Nothing actually. We're free after we check those carrots for poison until Piper returns. So maybe an afternoon full of those cuddles and hugs I promised you." He smiled, booping the other on the nose after another bite.

A faint smile spread across Azusa's face, and a soft purring sound rumbled in his throat. Having his hair pet like this felt really good... Even better that Tyler was doing it. The sudden pull of his hair, though, caused a mewl of pain to pass the scientist's lips. Fay's eyes terrified him... The intensity alone. "Yes... Never again... Ever ever..." Azusa sighed, relieved when he was pulled back into the hug. "Does... Does Tyler love me too?" He asked quietly, green eyes flitting up to meet purple ones. He had never actually heard the prisoner say it in return... Although he had said it countless times.

Tyler hummed at his answer, petting his head again. His next question made him pause. He had never returned those words to the blonde. Why? Because you weren't supposed to love your toys. They always broke. This one had been broken long ago, yet he had been mended. But that didn't change the rule. Father wouldn't have allowed it. He looked down at Azusa and faked a smile, though it was purely convincing. "Of course." He said, not actually returning the words.

Emma looked back at Piper and grinned. "Well, I'm not usually one for scientists, but you seem pretty alright, kid." Emma shrugged, "Hey, you wanna hit up Sector 14 together? I've picked up everything that I need for today, so I don't have anything I need to do. You game?"

That seemed to calm him further, and he completely allowed himself to relax against Tyler. But... Why hadn't tyler said the words? That's what Azusa had wanted... He wanted it even more now. "I-if Tyler will say it... He can drink from me~" The scientist said softly, letting his eyes slip closed against the other's chest. By 'drink from me' he was referring to blood, of course... Something Faye could rarely resist.

Chess smiled lightly, reaching in to grab his second sandwich, unwrapping it neatly and taking a small bite. He pouted ever so slightly when his nose was booped. "But if we didn't have that much to do today, why wasn't I allowed cuddles? It's just for a few minutes!" he whined, scooting over to lay his head on London's shoulder. When he saw how London was devouring the sandwiches, he laughed softly and held out his half-sandwich for the other man to take. "Here, I'm not going to finish it."

She was disgusted by the entire scene. It almost hurt her that Joel had hardly even looked at her while he was there.... And he had kissed Faye. Her heart felt broken as she watched the two. Tyler wasn't the best person....
He was one heck of a bastard. But Maggie realized that's how Azusa liked
Him....
And that's how he would stay. Maggie was now in the opposite corner watching them silently as her eyes were unconsciously heavy with sadness

Piper stammered. Did Emma really want to go with her? Piper never dealt well around people, obviously. Though she'd greatly appreciate the company she wasn't sure if she was mentally and emotionally prepared. Emma seemed nice enough but Piper wasn't sure. She always seemed to make bad decisions. Tyler debated that. Could he say it? It didn't have to be true right? After all, it was for a good, bloody cause. They were just three empty words without any emotion behind them. But why was he hesitating? It was just Azusa, nothing special. Still... After a few heartbeats of thinking Tyler managed to say the words, putting as little emotion behind them as he could. "Love you..." He let go of Azusa after that. He didn't even want the blood. He just wanted to get out of this word filled commitment he had gotten himself into. He stood and made his way to his bed. He glanced at Maggie briefly before laying down and turning his back to them. He just wanted it to be over now...

"Because if I cuddle you now, the ones I give you later won't be special." London said matter-of-factly. Honestly he just liked hearing Chess whine and pout. It was adorable and he just couldn't resist the temptation. He smiled as Chess laid on his should but made no move to remove him. Being offered a sandwich made the man smile as he bit into it, not bothering to take it into his hands. That way Chess was technically feeding him. "Hmm. Your sandwich taste better. Maybe because you're lips were on it. An indirect kiss always makes for a great meal." he joked after swallowing, tapping Chess's lips in response.

Chess rolled his eyes fondly, loving the attention London was giving him as he cuddled further into his side. "But you don't understand that any and all cuddles are special when its you who's giving them to me.' He shook his head and brought the bitten sandwich from the other's mouth to take another bite himself. He pretended to be amazed, looking over to the other and holding in a moan while chewing the food. Once swallowed, he turned to London with a look of innocence on his face. "You're right, but I must say, an actual kiss is way better."
