Hello everyone! It's been awhile since I last posted. ^^;
I would like to apologize for my absence from the thread and from my job as a mod. I'm afraid that I got hit with a very sudden and very painful loss on Saturday. Belle, my very first rabbit and my oldest rabbit, who I've had for 7 years (which is the longest that I've ever owned a pet). She was at least 8 or 9 when she passed away, so she did live a very long and happy life.
This is not my first experience with pet loss, however, since she had been a part of my life for so very long, this loss is much more painful and I've been having difficulties trying to be happy through the grief.

Please don't be worried about me, I'll be fine. It's just going to take me awhile to overcome the grief. ^^;
On this same note, I've been working on some vent art in regards to this event:

art by me
This is just the traditional picture, but I'm working on making it digital. Anyway, this is my Jellybean Dragon, Katniss, who recently celebrated the 2 year anniversary of her creation (so technically her 2nd birthday). X3 I felt bad using her for this because really I should have been making her some happy, celebratory art, but all I was really in the mood for was drawing vent art. ^^;
Anyway, going to answer some older questions that I meant to answer. ^^;
pick any one character:Hmm...let's go with Hatter. X3

-> what is your favorite piece of art about that character?My favorite piece of art is definitely this piece:

it's not finished yet, but I love it anyway. It's by hnai. ♥ I just love how perfectly they captured him and his personality. :3
-> write us a brief personality about the character.He is a bit crazy, but he's more of a harmless kind of crazy. He's quirky, comical, and mysterious, almost to the point of being downright cryptic. To my mind, he's very much like a mash up between Gene Wilder's version of Willy Wonka, the Mad Hatter and the Cheshire cat from the original Disney cartoon movie version.
-> what's your favorite part of their personality?The crazy part. X3 I've literally never had an insane character who was borderline dangerous, which makes him quite fun. X3
-> what parts of their personality are liable to change?Hmm...right now, I don't really see much of personality being liable to change really. ^^;
-> what parts of their design are liable to change?I don't really want to change anything about his design, I think it's perfect the way it is. :3
-> what parts of their design do you like most? least?The most? His tattered clothes and his eyes. The least...maybe his pawpads, but other than that, there's nothing I really dislike about his design. X3
-> on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, how well-developed would you say this character is?Hmm...probably a 5 or 6. I feel like I understand him quite a bit, but I don't know how to put it into words so everyone else can see the full extent of his development. X3
-> does this character hold any other special meaning to you, other than just being your character?Hmm...I don't think he has great special meaning, but he is special to me as he is still my first and only insane character who probably has no hope of ever being truly sane. X3
To those who have a fursona... How did you chose their name?Aryankha was partially named because her design included a relatively large ankh necklace. X3
Texas...well...um...do I really want to admit this? X3 Okay, originally Texas' design was inspired by this guy I had a crush on my senior year of high school because Texas was originally meant to be like...I dunno...a mate/boyfriend to Aryankha. Well, the boy's name I had a crush on was Austin, but I wasn't going to name him that, so I was reminded of this book I had to do a banned book essay on in 8th grade and in that book there was a boy named Austin, but people called him Texas...so...um...yeah. ^^;
