"Alright." Icepaw said, "Hopefully we cover plenty of ground today." She didn't mind too much if they didn't, but preferred to distance herself as far from the clan as quickly as possible.

"Me too. Maybe if we travel a bunch today, it'll cut the journey short." Gingerface nodded happily.

Paw noticed Sparrow walk into camp by Wildflight. ''Who's she?'' the apprentice asked, looking at the loner.

Icepaw slowly climbed down from the tree until her paws were set on solid ground. She shook out her white and black pelt while she waited for the tom to join her so they could get moving.

Gingerface jumped out of the tree and landed neatly next to Icepaw. "You can tell me when you get tired, I won't mind taking a small rest-break." Gingerface bopped her on the nose gently, then started toward the distant mountains.

"She was here before." Minkpaw commented as his gaze followed the loner, "She stayed for a while and then just disappeared. I can't remember her name though."

Icepaw

Icepaw stuck her tongue out at Gingerface in a playful fashion before bounding off ahead of him. She knew which way the mountains were so she now felt confident enough to not need to rely so much on the tom's direction. She didn't move out of his sight though and was only a short distance in front of him, occasionally stopping to prod at something interesting looking or hopping over things like fallen logs. Icepaw was obviously enjoying this trip very much.

Gingerface purred and ran after her. "The forest is going to open up soon."
