1st one:
2016 rare, I would value it as 1-3C$, they want 6 of them so that would be worth 6-18C$ just for the rares.
2016 UC, I would value as .5C$ each and .25C$ for 2016 commons & Very commons.
They want 12 UC so that would be worth 6C$.
They want 36 Commons & VC [I valued the Unknown rarities as commons] so that would be worth 9C$.
In total, they would be asking for 6-18C$ worth of rares + 15C$, If rares are charged as highest price, the highest it would go would be about 33C$
AT MOST. So they would be overpaying by about 8 C$
2nd one:
2015 rare is worth 2-4C$ each, they want 9 2015 rares so that would be worth 18-36C$ just for the rares.
A 2015 uncommon would be valued at 1C$, they want 18 so that would be worth 18C$.
In total, they would be asking for 18-36C$ worth of rares + 18C$. If rares are charged at the highest price, the highest value the trade would go for would be about 54C$
AT MOST. They would be underpaying about 34C$

They are on the same tier so yes, it would be a fair swap. HOWEVER, I would
not accept because UR grapes (and other fruits) are very hard to trade away, especially for a fair trade (they tend to go for underpay).
So honestly, it's not fair demand wise.

It's demand is okay. It's not bad nor good, just normal. You can probably get a small overpay if found the right person, but it'll be fairly easy to get a fair trade with it.
If you decide to keep the trade as it is, it's unfair to the store pets side. The PPS is only worth one of the store pets. From what I've seen, there's no particular demand change in any of those pets, meaning their demand is normal.
Definitely not fair to the rat. The rat is a VR from 2008 which is worth two 2008 rares (or 3 2009 rares and a few old uncommons)
The warrior cat would probably only grab a 2009 rare as uncommon warrior cats don't have as much demand as the rare ones.
