They did overpay but not by that much. The tier difference between the candy cane horse and raver bun is an '09 uncommon. This isn't factoring in demand though because tess horses have a lower demand than buns.

You'd need to add. Each of your store deer are worth about a '10 rare.

Nick dog is worth two 2009 rares (or four 2010 rares).

I think that the 2015 store pets are worth a 2010 rare each. So your underpaying a bit.

Factoring in demand...Nick pets don't have the greatest demands while the store pets you are offering actually can get some overpay (this is from personal experience). So 3 would be fair, they are probably asking for underpay b/c of the low demand.

Honestly, I personally wouldn't accept it b/c I think you could get a '09 rare from each of those store pets, if found the right person.

Tier 2 advent lists goes for 4-5 '09 rares rarity wise

(Unless you mean tier 9 which is the second from the top [Hyena, Timberwolf, White Lolita] that's worth 8-9 rarity wise]

It would still be unfair to you. If anything, I'd take off the dalmatian because the nick pet has a lower demand and add a '11 uncommon to their side. Their sitting cat has popular demand so it'll go for more than its worth.
