There's also another key around it's tail.

Good eye! I also noticed it's wearing a blue tuxedo. There's little glasses too. I wonder if this dragon is supposed to be a teacher/librarian?

I'll also add in that the wing's inside seems to have fabric stiched on.

Yep, it specifically says CS 4 because it was released for CS's fourth anniversary.
