That's actually the version of my computer, I don't believe I could change it unless I buy a new computer lol BUT, this morning when I went to draw on Oekaki (through firefox) every thing worked again? It didn't glitch or give me any problems. My internet has been going in and out though, could that be why it glitched the first time? Thank you for your assistance c:
Oh oops sorry I misread your last reply. Hmm yeah that really weird but I'm glad it's working now! Every now and then my pen pressure won't work but I'll just have to exit the drawing and re-open it. So yeah, probably just a minor glitch.
Let me know if you run into any more issues c:

I'm having an issue. I use Chicken Paint, and I made a cover for my entries for an artist competition. When I pressed colour in, it didn't load. I was given a screen that said it failed to read the layers. I'm really worried, because an entry I spent a lot of time on was under there, and now I'm afraid I won't be able to. Does anyone know what happened? Is there a way to fix it? Thank you in advance for your help. c:

Send in a Help ticket, if I see it I'll bump it up to him. Best way to ensure he sees it. ^^;
I don't know if Nick has seen it some of the help tickets yet, because you're not the only one with this issue.

I just updated java and my tablet, so my pen pressure stopped working like it normally does, and when I went to reinstall JTablet it says "This page can't be displayed" so I can't download it at all. Any help?
Also, I use windows 8

Every time I save something, even when I posted it, I go to load it and it also says "Failed to read drawing layers" even when I just had one layer with nothing on it. I use Chickenpaint. I'm a breeding artist for a species that grows, I can't have this happening every single time! I even tried loading it on Google Chrome thinking that Firefox was my problem, but same issue.
Edit: The creator of the species noticed that since they created the layers in Chibipaint 2.0 that trying to save in Chickenpaint tends to cause problems. however, after updating drivers and seeing that Jtablet is not an active link anymore, I have no pen pressure. A whole lotta good that does, ay?

i've tried on both chickenpaint and chibipaint 2.0, and the browsers chrome and firefox.
i'm fairly sure you don't need jtablet for pen pressure on chickenpaint, but i tried to download it just in case and found the download link is faulty
any suggestions to get my pen pressure to work?
You don't need JTablet for Chickenpaint, but you do need your drivers on your tablet to be up to date. If you search for your tablet online and search for drivers, I'm sure you can find it! That's what I had to do and it fixed pen pressure for Chickenpaint.

trying this did nothing ;-;
I asked this same question a few months ago and nothing worked for me either.

On Photoshop my pen pressure works. But not on here.

Chicken Paint ran perfectly fine for me for a while on Microsoft Edge. Eventually it stopped working

Tried all of the other browsers to. I'm using a monoprice tablet if that helps at all.
