Seeing as how it seems very hesitant to come out, I place some fireweed down a few feet by the meteorite then step back to where it cannot see me. Who knows how far the creature traveled, it's probably hungry. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I like many sit back and watch it, not touching it or makeing a sound. The meteor fell so quickly and landed so hard it had startled me. I was speachless and shocked up really well. Though leota was some what angered by the meteor that struck our path during our midnight walk and with that walked up to the meteor as if to give it a peace of her mind. Her long ears pinned back and she made little rumble noises as she walked up to it and started looking it over, as if to try and size it up.

I cover the stone with a blanket, patting it softly and I drop a trail of marshmallows behind me then sit a safe distance away. I lay down a very large blanket and place a few pillows around to make it comfortable. I pull out a picnic basket of many things including watermelon, grapes, sandwiches and a strawberry shortcake. After looking over to the meteorite, I motion for the mysterious creature to come and join me and I set out a plate for them.

I would approach the meteorite slowly and cautiously so as to not spook whoever may be within and get a better view of what really is inside that meteorite! After all, it did come from space -- it could be anyone or anything, right? : )

Metta, despite my attempt to stop him, approaches the meteor and stops just before he is in line with the eye that seemed to be following his movement. he then tries to coax it out with some of his charisma, speaking in what sounds like squeaks to other creatures, but a full language known by sleepies:


"Hello there! I am Mettaton!... Not one to talk, huh... Oh! You must have stage fright! I know what that is like, I used to have that problem, too. You don't need to be camera shy... Hm, are you hurt? My human might be able to help fix you, they were able to save me from an extremely small crevice in the ground, I am certain that they may be able to help you as well! They also have tons of fireweed and soft, comfy, cozy places to rest and hide for as long as you like!..."


And all I hear is his squeaking jabbering at this poor thing in this meteor. If it didn't want to come out before, it would definitely not be interested now.
