Cullen has his mother Allena's glowing horn, it doesn't glow itself but it lets off these little glowing specs like his mother's does.

Summarized backstory;
Cullen never seemed to be paid that much attention, not many found him that alluring or interesting. He had brains though and did well in school, he still does well but he now trains with Sebastian. He lives with Sebastian in the Dragon's Forest and helps people find their way out of the forest, and sometimes he will go to a nearby village and offer up his help for simple tasks or even large ones. He can't do too much since he is still a pup, but he is sure to be destined for more!
