Rover is an athropomorphic tomcat with blue-grey and white fur and maroon eyes, and has his ears scarred. He also wears a police uniform like depicted in the ref, as he had become the police offier of Animal Forest, a village in which he resides.

Rover is a very lonely character, contrary to his canon counterpart. This is because he had lead a tragic life, and has lost someone very close to him. As a result, Rover suffers from a bit of depression. However, he is also mellow and friendly.
Specific pose in mind?: Not neccessarily, but try to make him look uncertain or lonely.
