His Alias is Sweeney. He goes by that most of the time as well.
Being based on Sweeney Todd (Johnny Depp's version) He likes to be called so because it makes him feel powerful and feared.
He's basically just a strange lil demonic looking canine who is weirdly obsessed with the story surrounding Sweeney Todd.

Todd is a Male. Born and raised that way as well.

Todd is 19 Years old, though usually seems to act a lot older than that.
