"I'm worried." Pikeflower responded while shifting his gaze to her face, "And I am going to stay worried until after the kits are born and you are still here and healthy." She knew about his past. Certainly she didn't expect him not to be at least a little worried considering what happened in his past.

Rabbitfur nodded, though didn't say anything else. If they did choose to lie, what would StarClan think? His ears were pinned back, but he shook away the dark thoughts. The tom suppressed a yawn, realizing he'd put his body through quite a bit that day. But he didn't intend on giving in to sleep just yet. They had to approach Stripestar and alert him of their ... findings. And he didn't wish to have Wildflight do that alone.

(Two moons and a few days is the typical span of cat pregnancy. <: )
