She stumbled and landed on her back , she chuckled " gahh " she stood up and batted his ear.

Adderpaw grinned, laying on his back next to her. "Don't kill meeeeeeeee."

She laughed " fine!" She stuck her tongue out

Rabbitfur forced his fur to lay flat and he stopped pacing. Still, his claws were driven into the earth and he appeeared still bothered by the entire ideal. Perhaps ... no one even realized they were gone, he agreed silently, blinking at Wildflight.
"I'll go with you," he offered, beginning to pad in the direction towards camp. His tailtip still flicked and twitched though, still concerned. Perhaps ... if the Clan was upset nothing was discovered, they could create something to at least put the Clan at ease until the situation was settled? But ... lying to the Clan didn't seem that good of an idea.

Cloudgaze
Cloudgaze purred as she groomed the stray kitten One-eye had brought back. At this point it smelled no different from any other clan kit but it was still obvious this wasn't any of the queens' kits.

Pikeflower
Pikeflower slipped into the nursery just as Mistyclaw woke up. It was as if he had been watching and waiting for her to wake...Which he had been. He dropped a plump looking robin at her paws and before sitting down.

Wildflight simply gave a nod before heading for camp along with Rabbitfur. He was silent as they moved, busy thinking about how the clan would deal with this. If Mousekit's death never had a cause put to it he was sure that some cats, his mother at least, would never get the peace of mind needed to feel safe again in their own camp. So what would he do if they never came up with the answer? Certainly something would have to be done right? The tom's expression did little to give away his current thoughts or emotions. It remained fairly neutral aside from a small frown on his face.

Rabbitfur side-glanced at Wildflight, unable to read his expression. He drew in a slow, quiet breath before releasing it in a sigh.
"Maybe ... we could say an adder slipped into camp and bit him?" the black and white warrior suggested very quietly. It was obvious he was extremely uncomfortable with the idea of lying to the Clan. But even if it gave only Cloudgaze that little bit of closure, it would have been worth it. "We saw an adder around camp and killed it."

Mistyclaw purred loudly. "Hey." She licked his ears before eating the robin.

Her tail flicked " you know ... I don't think we really need to hunt , can we go back to camp " she asked as her ears stayed on end , she didn't wait for a response and went back to camp " come on adderpaw" she said .

Pikeflower nodded a greeting to his mate while his gaze flickered to her stomach. The warrior was trying to determine how far along she was so that he could guess when the kits would arrive. He seemed to grow more nervous and worried with every passing day as he feared a repeat of what happened last time he had kits.

"I don't know." Wildflight said with a small shrug of his shoulders, "I would want to run the idea by Stripestar first, but he might not agree. He probably wants to know what killed his kit just as much as Cloudgaze." The deputy wasn't entirely against the idea of lying to the clan if it was for their own good but he didn't want to think about what might happen if their leader caught their lie. Still, perhaps he wouldn't find out? "I'll tell him that is what we think. That an adder killed him. If he accepts that, then we could tell that to the rest of the clan." Wildflight murmured as he made up his mind.
