Unfortunately, you are not allowed to trade between howrse and CS. It's just in howrse's policy for some reason.

You can find CS's list of sites that do not allow off-site trading here.

Hello! I am a noobish player that just joined Howrse. Now, I am in the tutorial, and one of my two foals, (Artemis and Apollo) have grown. The one that grew is Artemis, and I am at the color changing thing.
Problem:
I dont want to change her color! Her current color suits her, and I would be fine with changing her brother's, but it wont let me.
Please help!

The server means what site you signed up on. You can tell by the flag in the top right corner. If it's a blue globe flag, then you are on the international server.

Karma is the count of how many rules you've broken or or possibly how new you are I believe all newbies start with 8 points and you will gradually get to 10, or maybe you start at 10, I'm not certain anymore.

I'm not sure that I understand what you mean by changing coats. Do you mean using golden apples? Are there a huge selection of different styles of horses? If so, just choose one that is more fitting of the name Artemis, there are many pretty ones. You can always grab another horse of the sales that has the same coat as her.
