Elliot is named after a character in a movie.

I feel like it's this one because the Elliot I'm thinking of (From Open Season) is a deer and the little nubs on the top of this kitties head remind me of deer.

I thought it was Elliot the dragon (Pete's Dragon). Because the dragon's face in the new movie looks very catlike to me and its furry too.
