Dear Maple Tree,

Hello! I just got to school. I was sitting by my locker, playing a game called "Cookie Cats" on my phone, when I realized that I promised you an entry today. Anyway, the bell is supposed to ring in three minutes, so I'm gonna try and meet up with my friends.

x--three minutes later--x

Okay! So, I'm hanging out with my friends in the library, which is convenient because that's our first class! Here, let me show you their pictures:

Me: Hey guys! Sup?
Mocha: Nothing much. I basically just sat and bingewatched YouTube yesterday.
Tara: OMD, Val, are you writing in a diary?
Me: No, it's a Maple Tree.
Tara: It's a diary!
Me: No it's not!
*LOUD BELL NOISE*
Reading Teacher: Okay kids, in today's class, I will read a few chapters of our book, then I will give you quiet time to finish reading. If you finish early, you can read a book of your choice.

x--timeskip to gym (second to last period)--x

Gym Teacher: Okay kids, today we will be playing team basketball. I will sort you into two teams. Please make a straight line in the center of the gym. *everyone lines up* Okay, Mocha, Team 1. Maggie, Team 2. Tara, Team 1. Delilah, Team 2. Angie, Team 1. Valerie, Team 2. And so on and so forth. I don't feel like writing another 20 names. Anyway, back to gym. So, Delilah, is the "Queen Bee", aka the ruler of the school and one of the most annoying people on planet Earth. And I have to play BASKETBALL with her. I mean my team will probably be bad anyway with me on it, but with her, we're sure to lose.
Gym Teacher: *blows whistle* GO!!!!
The other team got the ball and started passing it around. When Angie got it, she ran to our side of the court and shot into our hoop. Delilah, who happened to be standing nearby, ran away, shrieking. The ball went through the hoop and I grabbed it from under the hoop out of instinct. Not knowing what to do with it, I quickly passed it to Maggie. The game went on like this for a while and I managed to make 3 baskets! We lost 10 to 27, but it was still fun getting to watch Delilah run for her life whenever the ball came within 5 ft of her. After gym, we changed out of our gym clothes, had science class, and went home. Well, today was fun. I guess? Idk.
Oh, and here's Maggie, Angie, and Delilah.
