Sorbet wailed as her paw slid out onto the open air, and she failed. Her stomach growled and she shivererd. The bloody paw dangled out of the opening, and she whimpered. Her orange fur was plastered to her side, and her ribs showed.

Dustkit crawled towards his mother.

Leopardstripe nodded. He would be buried by the tall rock. "Let's go over here. Please guide me."

Thrushleap licked her son's pelt thoroughly, untangling any knots that happened to be there. She still looked around for Breezekit, though.

(ooookay just in case you guys don't know, a dash - is used in a cat's name when there is a repeat of a letter. it isn't used in all name change names. things lile one-eye, hawk-kit, and duck-kit would use dashes because the first part lf the name ends with the same letter that the second begins with (as in hawK and Kit. onE and Eye). it is to separate them and not create a double lettering (duckkit, hawkkit, oneeye, ect) but name change names like lostface wouldn't need a dash because there is no repeated letters. whew okay done with that c: )

Lostface gave One-eye a smile when she saw him. "Hello!" She greeted, sounding fairly happy despite the recent death in the clan.

Cloudgaze

Cloudgaze nudged Dustkit towards his mother when she returned without giving him an answer and sat up to prepare to busy Mousekit.

Dustkit kept moving towards his mother. He flicks his tail as he looks at thrushleap. Stripestar looks over at Cloudgaze and mews. "Cloudgaze."

Wouldnt Cloudgaze wish to be there? Rabbitfur placed his tail on Leopardstripe's flank to guide him, and he led him towards the landmark, padding at a slower pace for him. Once there, he started on digging out a hole, then stepping over to help him again.

"They came b-beck to me not youuuu," Echo grumbled, lapping at their pelts.

Goose sighed. "We smell the same, they probably think that we're the same person."

Ice purred, begging for more licks. She needed moorreee. She attempted to nurse again. This one had to have food!

Cloudgaze didn't acknowledge Stripestar but she also didn't chase him off. He had the right to be here but that didn't mean she had to talk to him. She needed time to get over their break up before talking to him again. She followed Leopardstripe and Rabbitfur by the sound of their pawsteps and hoped she wouldnt run into anything along the way.
