Tiger sighed and lapped at the kit. He got up quickly and grabbed berries from a nearby bush. He checked them out, and they weren't death berries, they were blueberries. He but into them and squeezed them into the kit's mouth, being as careful as possible.

Firekit squeaked. This was gross! It didn't taste like milk! She cried louder, her ears going down. She wanted to be away! She wanted to have milk again. She wanted to be snuggled against that creature that drank milk with her!
