A tier 1 Advent List is worth 3-4 '09 rares. This does depend on the pet though, as some pets have more demand than others. c:

of course, they are overpaying by 4 uncommons or so.
The PPS snow leopards do not have much good demand but it should be worth a exact date and rarity swap. I say you should accept. The '9 rare has demand of 2 '5 rares, or 3 '6 rares alone.
