Leopardstripe screeched and ripped up the grass in the elder's den, imagining it was Stripestar. He then fell over as a wave of heat washed over him.

(Hes sick... that's why he's acting insane...)

Thrushleap snarled, leaping after the blind tom. She bowled him over on the way to the elder's den. "I'm not his mate! I never will be! You obviously don't know the meaning of sadness!" she hissed, pinning him. She had lost her first litter of kits, lost two mates.

She watched as the fighting went on then ended and stayed behind her mom and dad "why are they fighting?" She meowed curiously after leopardstripe left the nursery.

Leopardstripe starts vomiting, laying on the ground, heat engulfing him.
