@Stonefly ~ Personally, I'd play it on the safe side and have them "adopt" so as to avoid causing some sort of drama between you and the other person if they ever choose to reply. Just make sure that the baby looks different enough to where the other user can't tell for sure that the baby is related or something.
Otherwise, I'd suggest you wait it out and see if they reply back to you.
