Wildflight wasn't the greatest at tracking so he didn't bother trying to pick up the kit's scent in this rain. Instead he listened closely for sounds of mewling and kept his eyes peeled for any small kit looking pawprints in the rain soaked earth.

Cloudgaze was still checking the camp even though she had already searched just about everywhere one could think to look.

Stripestar hisses as he flick his tail.

She let out another small cry hoping someone would hear "help.. I'm scared.." She meowed quietly

The tom considered it for a moment, only stopping once he reached the camp entrance. But seeing she was preoccupied with a kit, he twitched his ears irritably and slipped outside the entrance. She knew where to meet up with him...

He made his way along the path, his ears pricked for any skittering prey that was trying to escape last moment from him. But his stomach began to grumble.And he realized he'd neglected to eat anything yet. Oh, what joy it'll be hunting on an empty stomach...

Stripestar swing his paw at Leopardstripe as he hisses. "Leave me alone and go to the warrior's den. I will make sure you don't go to the nursery. Your kits will come into the clear to see you and that is all. Do you got that?"

Leopardstripe hissed and padded into the nursery.

[PopcornWaffle]

He tore up the grass in the nursery with his claws. "I can't stand him!" Leopardstripe hissed. Usually he wouldn't hiss in front of kits, but he was frustrated, depressed, and scared.

[Weredog]

Wildflight's large ears prickled and swiveled towards the sound of a kitten's cry. It wasn't too far away so it took him only a few heartbeats get to the location where he thought it came from. "Skykit?" The deputy meowed as he began to search around inside of a bush.

Cloudgaze made a choked, sob like sound as she finally accepted that Skykit was nowhere in camp. Her kit truly was somewhere out there in the wildness, probably alone and scared. The drenched she-cat slowly sulked her way inside the nursery so she could be with her other kits until her missing daughter turned up. She had to show up. Cloudgaze could not accept that something terrible might have already happened to her.

She thought she heard a voice and by now she was shivering from the rain "y-y-yess? He-llo please I-I'm scared and I w-wanna go h-h-home.." She whined and mewed

Wildflight grabbed the kit by her scruff. She was a little old to be carried like this but he wanted to get her to camp as quickly as possible. The tom rushed back to camp where he plopped Skykit at Stripestar's paws. He and the kit's mother could sort out the punishment and he was just glad that the ordeal was over with.

She looked at her dad and waited for to hear her punishment and looked around for her mom and she sneezed "hi.." She said in a small tone
