Wildflight growled with annoyance. "She was made a warrior yesterday. She is inexperienced and we have other warriors who are much better at tracking." He said loudly to raise his voice above the rain. "Foxpelt and Scootfeather, choose some warriors and take a group each to search for the kit. I can go alone." He was fast, faster than any domestic cat could hope to be if he chose to run at full speed and taking along more cats would only slow him down. Without waiting for Stripestar's approval, the spotted tom dashed out of camp to begin his search.
