Cloudgaze fluffed out her fur as wet cats entered the nursery, as if that would somehow prevent herself from getting wet if they happened to touch her. She was more concerned for the well being of her kits though and moved to circle her body around them in a protective manner. She suddenly remembered what she had told Leopardstripe and lifted her head to turn it towards her mate, "I am going to move to the elders den once our kits leave the nursery." She informed him, "If Leopardstripe has to retire because he is blind than I should too."

Mousekit gave a startled squeak at the look the she-cat was giving him. Icekit was too preoccupied with jumping about, practicing her new crouch to take any notice of the two now. The little tom wasn't so sure what to say now, afraid that he might make Snowhare even angrier.

Stripestar looks at her and mews. "I never told him to retire CLoudgaze." his voice was cold and dark at the moment. He walks over to her as he sat down close enough so he could see his kits.

"He thinks you did. He is in the elders den right now." Cloudgaze said, her own voice matching his now with her own level of coldness. If he was going to act like a fox-heart towards her than she would do the same, but she still wouldn't argue in front of the kits. Not unless Stripestar did something to really upset her.

Stripestar stood up as he walks at the tom. "I was being nice! I was trying to make my clan mates feel like they have someone to talk to! Unlike you. Breezekit is scared and hates you because you hated Stonestar! How she looks nothing like you and more like Stonestar!" His tail flicks around as had his claws out. "And to add to that I don't snap at any cat who brings up the she-cat who never loved you!" (Stripestar is being so bad </3) Stripestar looks at Cloudgaze as he mews. "Leopardstripe go to the medicine cat's den then go to the elders den for the rest of the time."
