Both the CEG and BEG can fetch a non but I'm not sure what the set can go for
Valuing each one as a non, it's technically fair to the bee because the bee is worth 2 nons; it goes for fair trades or mild overpay but nothing too serious. Demand is opinion based though ^^

The first is unfair to them, the feather is part of a set and worth a mid '13 common or VC, the sword is worth a mid '13 uncommon
The 2nd is unfair to you, the dream is worth a mid '13 uncommon but can go for a bit more. They'd need to add another '14 uncommon for it to be fair
