Jin has always always always been one of my favorites, even in the very beginning. I just thought that there was a lot about him that was special, more so than looks. It makes me feel almost ashamed in some of our Army members (not in this thread.) actually only like him because he dyed his hair blonde. What kind of message does that send to him? What kind of message does that send to BTS as a whole? That they have to look a certain way, to be seen as a certain way? That they cannot be of any value to their so called "fans" if they do not uphold their 'ideals?'. Obviously, many would argue that that is the life of an idol, but that's not it. Just because they don't look a certain way, doesn't mean that they are worth less/worth nothing. That is what I truly hate about the situation, though, many don't see it that way. They just think "Oh, I'm just now seeing him! I didn't realize his looks!". But often, that isn't what it comes across as. Okay, sorry for the long rant, I'm just gonna cut it short here. It's just something that really gets under my skin, especially since no one is seeing the best qualities in the members, just the looks.

Anyways, in regards to the "you got no jams" joke, I do still quite enjoy the joke myself. Everyday and for every punch line though? No, not so much. ;;

Okay, sorry for my rant, gonna hide in my hole and back to chibis.

I couldn't agree more! I don't think it's fair for him, and I don't think something as simple as the color of your hair should make you feel more biased than before. My friend actually isn't a big fan of Jin's blonde hair color, but that doesn't make her feel different about him at all.

Some of my really close friends even say "he's not that interesting" and they are referring to Jin and I was like "okay, I love all of BTS, but you are entitled to your opinion." because Jin is one of my favorites after Jimin. Then Fire came out and both of these people BOTH OF THEM FLIPPED OUT about his hair and I just sat there quietly tapping my pencil on the desk and I waited. I waited for them to finish so I could say "Really? His hair? Not his voice? His cute personality? The way he makes every members feel included even though many fans exclude him?" (no one in here, and not call fans, but a lot of fans do.)

@Snobby and princess jin || (first long time no see Snobby ;v;) The joke still makes me laugh when I watch the actual video, but for some reason when people (Irl only idek why) say it I get annoyed lol Maybe it's just because I feel like they're more so making fun of him than it being a funny inside joke.

as for the Jin stuff... I'm not a huge fan of his blonde hair either haha...

But that just means I see more to him than just his looks. I mean he IS the visual for a reason, (seriously he's so pretty holy cow, how is one that pretty?) but I find myself getting happier at the littler things about him, like his laugh. I could watch hours of videos of his laugh. It's so cute and it's sooooo contagious. And the way he crinkles his nose when he smiles? What about his posture?? Idk if anyone else pays attention to that but it always seems to me like he has the best posture in the group. Maybe that's why he's a princess? Also, what about his favorite color?? And the fact that it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for that boy to take a normal sized bit of his food. It's like he decides before he eat "Hey, I wonder if I could eat all of this in one go? Ima try it". NO JIN, HOW. HOW DO YOU NOT GET SICK LIKE THAT?? And ALSO GUYS. A L S O what about how his hipmon is literally him.

I could go on and on but these are some of the little things that make me happy about him haha

coffee - OMG YES I TOTES AGREE. i'm so angry that people are starting to like him only because of his hair color change. i actually always loved jin. i love each of bts members, they are all like a teensy bit away from jimin who's my bias but honestly, they are all my biases. okay but hobi is also so underappreciated, and he's such a sunshine aojsafoeijofje.
