Hello everyone! I'm looking for one or more people to do one-on-one roleplays with all the time, so if you're interested in anything below, please feel free to contact me! However, don't message me if you haven't read the rules or don't plan on following the rules. They're there for a reason, after all. I know there's a lot of detail written for just the rules, but I'm really tired of having to explain everything.

I figured I'd list the topics here without detail so that you don't have to read through all the rules just to find out there is not a topic you like.

- METHODS OF CONTACT -
Also so that you don't have to read all the rules just to find out we're not compatible, I will state this now: I only roleplay over instant messenger, because I love to get into my rps and using something instant allows for that. It's a lot faster paced, thus more fun. I have AIM and Yahoo messengers, so if you are willing to use one of those and you find a genres you like, please sent me a PM and I'll give you the username of the messenger you need.

RULES

*** I AM AN ADULT AND WOULD PREFER TO ONLY ROLEPLAY WITH MATURE TEENS/ADULTS ***

1) No God-Moding or Power-Playing - This should be obvious enough, though many people still try. Do NOT ever take control of my character without permission, directly or indirectly. This includes a broad reply of some sort in which you don't allow me to give my character's response/reaction to certain things.

* This does not mean you cannot decide what happens to my character, and same for me with yours. You are allowed to cause my character pain, heartache, happiness, etc. with circumstance (ex: your character can slice mine open or mine can break your character's nose). Things like these do not need permission from the other person, as long as you don't go to far (as in mutilation & killing).

2) No Perfect or Pathetic Characters - Meaning I want depth and realism when it comes to the characters you play, whether or not they are your own OCs or canons from fandoms. Characters should have weaknesses and flaws along with good qualities and skills. No one completely sucks or is brilliant at everything!

Another few things you should avoid when using a character in an rp with me:

- Prostitutes/hookers/whores, anthros/people with animal parts/shape-shifters, characters who are constantly getting hurt/constantly clumsy, insta-healing/super-magical abilities, & way-out-of-the-box characters such as 'mist', monsters, odd creatures. Also, no main character is allowed to be younger than age 18.

*shape-shifting does not include lycans/werewolves as long as the wolf form is more wolf-like than man/anthro-like.

3) Must Be Literate - This does not mean that I am expecting perfection, because we all make mistakes. However, you must have a decent grasp on spelling, grammar, and punctuation. So PLEASE use quotations, commas, periods, etc.

4) Post Length - Length of your replies really doesn't matter to me as long as you give me something to work with. However, constant one-or-two liners is not acceptable. On the flip side, I do not want to read a novel every post, either; this much in one post is unnecessary. As far as an intro goes, a long reply is good, but do NOT tell me your character's life story. I do not want to know things about your character that mine does not know yet!

5) Long Term - Yes, roleplaying with me means that we will be rping long-term. This means that we should have the story set up so that it will take a month or more (more preferably) to complete. This also means that you are willing to commit the time to rp, being that you are online and willing to continue at least a few times a week for at least an hour each sitting. I'm tired of having good rps that I am unable to do often.

6) Villains & Antagonists - For a fun rp, these types of characters are essential to add a bit of drama and excitement to the story. However, more often than not, I find myself the one bringing these guys into the picture. To rp with me, you MUST be willing to be bad guys also! You will not be stuck with them all, of course, as I do enjoy playing them (just not all the time!).

* Being a villain does not mean you only go after your own character! Go after mine too! Go after both of them, a town, city, group, etc.

Fandom-Only Rules

7) Must Stay In Character - Though this is pretty self explanatory as well, I feel there is a need to blatantly state it. Do NOT suddenly make a normally strong and confident character wimpy and shy (unless something traumatic within the rp has happened to warrant such a change). This also includes giving characters added family members that they did not originally have, adding some significant happening to their past that effects them now, or anything that changes who the character is at the time your are playing him/her.

8) Playing Just One Is Not Allowed - In a fandom rp, most of the time there will be several characters who will need to be used, whether it be as a main, secondary, or minor (relative to the rp, as we may choose to make actual secondary character be the main ones for us). Because of this, we will both be playing several of them, and may or may not switch out/takes turns with them.

* Main characters may not be swapped back and forth and taken turns with. This also goes for some of the more significant secondary characters who interact often with the main characters.

9) OCs - Original Characters - Do not make characters similar to canons. A few similarities is fine, just don't go copying 90% of someone and sticking it on your character to create a lame duplicate. Also, do not have your OC somehow involved in a main part of the actual plot of where the fandom is coming from.

- Medieval Fantasy - Light on the fantasy aspect here. Meaning that everyone is not magical, creatures like dragons and unicorns aren't running around everywhere, and races aren't all mythical for the most part.

- Mushers - Northern setting, may or may not be a part of the race. We each play a musher and their team of dogs.

- Military/War - Can be past or present, real or fake. Anything futuristic must be near-future only. Preferably I'd like this to be fake, that way tons of knowledge of a specific war, weapons used, statistics, etc. are not needed. Also made-up lands can be used, as well (this is also preferred.)

- Wolves - Realistic only! The only thing we'll be doing that real wolves don't is having them able to talk to each other. So no wings, odd colors, jewelry, etc.

- Wild Dogs/Dog Pack/Street Dogs - Same standard as wolves.

- Lions - Same standards as wolves.

- Gang Wars - Modern setting within a city.

- Legend of Drizzt - Pretty self-explanatory. Would prefer not to use many, if any, OCs with this, though.

ABOUT ME:

Hi, I'm Squirrelstone. I've been role playing for five years and I believe I am a very literate person and advanced role player. I do not use text talk, and my vocabulary is strong in my writing. My normal posts are from a hundred words to seven-hundred words, one to eight good paragraphs. I hardly ever go below two literate paragraphs. Sometimes I put theme songs to my writings as well, but that's just one of my quirks. My paragraphs have context in them as well. I am not just detailing backgrounds of my characters, or explaining unneeded things. I come on CS the most on weekends, but during the weekdays, I can come on at least every other day, if not every day. Expect me to come on at least every other day unless I say differently privately to you.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:

I'm looking for someone that has a passion for role playing, as I don't want to role play with someone that will ditch the role play just because they didn't want to role play anymore. I can understand if they don't want to role play with me anymore, but I'd rather us end the role play in character instead of just breaking off the deal. I expect you to mirror my posts pretty closely. About a hundred words off from my own is alright, but I do want something to work with when I reply. I hope that you will be able to come online at least three times a week if not more. Please do not plan too much out of character, as I like to see how our characters interact in character and not plan too far ahead just in case they don't get along. Characters can not be perfect, so I hope the characters you play do have some flaws in them, as mine will definitely have flaws in them.

I have many characters I use over and over, however I also like to create new ones as well. My characters are very detailed in my head. I know what they like, what they dislike, and what they've never experienced before. Their personality is more important to me than their looks, so amazingly, not all my characters are good looking. I'm good at role playing females, and males. I don't care which one I do, so I really don't mind using male characters if you want me to. However, like I said before, my characters are very detailed and therefore I hope to use them for role plays that will be successful and continue for quite a while. I will be very disappointed if the thread we make ends really quickly.

I'm looking for a roleplaying partner so I can get back on track with writing. I consider myself a literate roleplayer in the sense that my skills are advanced. I've been doing this for about 10 or more years now. I'm looking for something fun though; I don't want to feel obligated to post over 500 words each post. I will play both male and female characters depending on the circumstances and my mood.

I'm old enough to be in university so I would appreciate a partner around the same age as me, or at least in the upper years of high school (basically grade 10+, only to make sure it's not incredibly weird should romance pop up in said roleplay). Hey, I'm Rhiannon. I'm willing to write just about anything. ((If it's based on a series, I'll have to be familiar with it of course.)) However, I'm not interested in animal RPs.

Let's keep this short:
I'm able to write a lot, as long as you give me enough to go by. Duologue is pretty easy for me, although if there's a lot of speaking then the paragraph might be shorter. I'm also able to stay in-character and expect anyone I RP with to do the same. Hey, I've 'story telling' since I learned to speak and writing since I first learned to hold a pencil. I expect respect, and will treat you with equal respect. Don't get arrogant and we'll get along just fine.

I'm looking for a 1x1 mainly because I prefer longer posts. I don't expect 8000 words. That's silly, I just want more than 2 sentences. (: Again, I'm willing to write for about anything. I can write guys or girls, humans or creatures.
Romance is fine as long as there's plenty of humor! I love action but we'd have to discuss 'power-playing.' I don want to be shamed up against a wall only to be told I'm power playing when your character gets whacked.

One is best suited to a superheroes or spies-and-assassins type of game. Tobias Berry is an assassin who has been "gifted" the power of invisibility due to a military accident/experiment.

I am a semi-lit writer and I had an idea of a roleplay on my mind that I can't seem to find anywhere. Hi there, I'm Savannah. I'm somewhere in between illiterate and semi-lit, most likely leaning towards illiterate. I'm looking for a 1x1 to improve my skill as a role player and author, so I will be trying things I'm less used to/less proficient in. This means it may take me a little longer to post, and the posts might be shorter. I will try never to drop below three sentences per character per post. I have a few characters I need to develop, as I've only been using one character in RPs so far, so their personalities might change a little over the course of the RP.

~What I want in a RP partner~
I would prefer someone who isn't too serious about role playing, who is also looking for a fun RP. I don't really mind what level you're at, so long as you don't expect me to type paragraphs and paragraphs. I'm not sure if I can yet. I'm also looking for someone who likes to take charge in a role play and create lots of plot twists, because I'm not very good at those. Since I'm doing this to improve, I will still try to think of some. I will not tolerate chat speak. (u instead of you, 2 for to,too etc.)

~What plot?~
Since the characters I would like to develop are fantasy beings, (moon spirit, fallen angel, angel, etc.) the setting would have to be some sort of fantasy. I'm very hazy on this part, because I don't want the plot/setting to be too similar to the story I need these characters for. Hello, I am Bloody-Red-Vixen, I am looking for some one to do a 1x1 Rp with.(Duh.) I can post a lot depending on my mood and how much you post. Some times I cant help but do a 1 liner even when you post half a page, and for that I am sorry, it just happens some times but I do my best not to let that happen. I can be very descriptive and very quick with typing if I am in the mood. I LOVE romance but pure romance without a twist is VERY boring.. I would love to do mythical creatures or strange plots. I want twists, some romance, some violence, and people who is fun to RP with!

Good spelling... I get it you slip up some times we are only human.

Mirage and Damon appeared in a dark room Damon left Mirage there and appeared back to the queen "There she will turn back HAPPY??"

The queen smirked and walked over to Damon walking around him she knew if she ever gave him his soul back he would kill her in a heart beat "Sort of Mirage has to sin to turn back into a demon and once she is in she cant get in to the vault and that little angel b*tch .... drop her now or your going to regret it I can make everything burn again just like when you were supposed to burn alone and forever "Damon hissed "NEVER!"The queens smirk fell into a ice cold frown with a angry look "I am the one who saved you!" "YOU TRICKED ME I THOUGHT YOU WERE A ANGEL!!!"Damon argued back The queen hissed "It was a simple trick now I could make you disappear and I could also make Mirage disappear she is now in my sin area its only a matter of time before she gives in" Damon's eyes widened if Mirage died she couldn't help Lexi.

Mirage looked around music started to play for some reason the dark room shifted it was a bar and looked around it was only guys in their she looked around confused feeling slightly scared.

Damon disappeared from the palace to find Mirage he had to stop this! The queen grinned and snapped her fingers Damon appeared in front of her "You are disobeying me ... you have to burn for a while!" Damon's eyes widened in slight fear but hissed "No!" he looked at his arm witch had a snake tattoo on it it signaled her control over him he pulled out a dagger and cut down his arm messing up the tattoo it burned and stung the pain would make any normal demon cry out for help but Damon wasn't a normal demon he hissed in pain then dropped the dagger falling to his knees "You have no control over me!" he said standing he picked up the dagger and stabbed it in her heart killing her he turned to a young demon who must have been her successor he looked at the girl and asked "Whats your name?"The girl answered in a small voice watching her older sister die "Mardon"(DUN DUN DUN!!! XD) Damon looked at Mardon and said "Don't make the same mistakes your sister did!" he disappeared from the palace

Mirage looked around as all the guys turned to look at her she ran towards the door but they were locked tight she turned her back pressed against the door as a man came up to her he had a devious smile on and looked like Adam Lambert (Who in my opinion if flipping HOT!!!) he grinned the lights went low until nothing could be seen they turned back on and Mirage was in the center of the floor the guy behind her he grinned she could feel his warm breath on her neck and shivered uncomfortably something told her she had to keep her self from him trying her best not to be attracted to him she moved away he grabbed her arm then twirled her around dipping her and singing 'For Your Entertainment' By Adam Lambert Mirage felt her heart start to pound but 2 voices screamed in her head one was her grandmothers and the others was Jared's she snapped out of the trance and pulled away running into the crowd The man grinned and followed the people in the bar dancing behind him and following Mirage felt as if she couldn't get away with the people trying t grab her and twirl her she tried to scream for help but her voice didn't work she gasped slightly but kept going The man caught her with ease and twirled her his hand slunk from her arm to her hip Mirage hissed trying not to give in she knew he was a enchanter and didn't want to cheat on Jared she struggled to get away The man only held tighter letting go and pushing her against a wall his hands over her wrists his face near hers Mirages eyes widened struggling to keep control she had no idea what was going on but she knew if she gave into lust she wouldn't be able to see her grandmother for a long while she struggled against his hold but it was like rocks she pulled but when ever she did it just seemed to make the man get closer and grin wider The man whispered in her ear "Your mine" Mirage felt her knees weaken The man started to whisper seductive words in her ear that would make even the strongest girl swoon Mirage bit her lip her knees buckled under her she wanted to be with some one but not this man she wanted to be with Jared the only thing holding her up was the mans tight grip on her wrists The man just grinned at her "Told you you were mine"He said then kept singing he pulled her up like a puppet and said "go on give in!" Mirage couldn't look away from his eyes she struggled hard to keep her self under control her body started to move to the music but she held it back and hissed shaking her head "Just say you don't love that fallen angel boy and that you love me and I can help you with what you are feeling" He gave her a kiss then kissed her neck then pulled away leaving Mirage stunned and slightly p*ssed off she was only wearing a small tube top and tight jeans with heals so she was dressed for the party she didn't want to give in and her heart was begging her not to but her body was begging her to let him take her in the back room but she hissed now able to speak "NO!"
