How well, that my character has new design and I didn't wanted to do it all over again (was kinda hard). Then I clicked "EDIT PICTURE" and there was only one layer with name "Layer 1".
I saw something's wrong so I tried the "COLOR MEIN" button and there's still "Layer 1" that doesn't want me to color under lines.
IS that a BUG or I just can't edit the colors?

It's a sort of error within the program and most likely not your fault. Sometimes if something happens to disrupt the program during the saving process, such as your internet or the site goes down momentarily, it will only save part of the image's data. So you end up with all of your layers compressed into one single layer. It's happened to me a couple times before, so I know how frustrating it can be. :3 And the only one that can fix it is Nick. So you'd have to PM him about it and see if he can fix it for you. Or else you'll just have to make a completely new image I'm afraid. :c
