Personality help?

So basically I need ideas for personalities for my babes.
As an artist - I often fall in love with a design and such - so I don't really know what their personality should be.
Other times I know right off the bat :3

so i made a new bab today to go with flynn and my gf's angel dragon eggplant.


he's kinda short, i have no idea what species he would be, and he's very laid back but blunt w/ everything. he's also addicted to a bunch of drugs, so thats a thing. he goes by "uncle bucket" to eggplant and is a terrible uncle tbh.
I did some pixel art of him too!

many times! recently, actually. that's how i revived sergeant a while ago (his name used to be night), and a few other characters.
If so did you remember what you did with those characters? Do you own them still? Did you sell them? Or do you just not remember because of how long it is?
i sold a lot of them! but some others i don't remember or i don't dare to use because i might have sold them and i didn't remember it lol
