Lady Masquerade's Clues

Part I: "Guys, I have something to confess..
I was going to tell you guys the name of my cat today, but I've now forgotten! It seems I've been silent here for so long, the name has danced away from my mind :c

hey guys! you're about to go on a pretty wild hint chain hunt. the above post is part one, but once you get to part two, it may be kind of hard to find part three. I will let you all know that part 3 is not in any pet groups or gallery posts, I don't want you to take forever looking through those when that's not where part 3 is. and this isn't a trick omg, I'm being honest here, so please believe me D:<3"

The names of the pets in the Whispering Balls group say, “Take a trip down my memory lane, but make sure you stop to see the sunrise! I love the daybreak so much better then dusk <3”

Part III: in her posts, if one searches for the tag “Dawn”, one will discover this thread, in the OP of which the message “Such pretty oranges in the banner! Yet, I like the pinks more. The name of my cat I still can't remember though. You've been searching all day, look, the stars are out! I wish I could catch one and hold onto it” can be found

Part IV: searching her gallery reveals this piece of stars, in the OP of which the message “I love stars, it's amazing how something so small to the eye can be so lovely. As for my cat's name, sorry, I still can't remember! Maybe in time?” can be found

Part V: this leads to this group. The names of the pets say, “Almost there! Find one of Lady's favorite CS pets and its partner in *crime*
They were from the same adoption but are not in the pet group you'd think! They're a couple pets away from each other so please put them back together! </3”

she gave another tidbit while users were puzzling over this clue: "I will give a small, quick hint, and say it and its partner are not hoard pets C:"

Lady Masquerade did mention that “there are like, seven parts”, but I am not sure if she was merely approximating

Raccoons are my favorite animal, so when Shire made one I was in love. The skunk is it's partner in crime because raccoons and skunks have bad raps as nasty rabid thieves, especially raccoons.
