yay! such a great new thing because i adopt from the pound every day, but it's difficult because i have to wait 24 hours, but now only three??!! hooray!

3 hours is a major cut-down from 24! Tons of homeless pets will be homed so much faster now!

I think that this is a change that could work out for the better. It'll help cut down on the amount of pets just sitting in the pound and it gives a chance for people to adopt the outcomes that they missed or older pets that they want but can't trade for.
