Changes to the pound

Hey everyone!

Previously you could only adopt one pet from the pound every 24 hours. We've now reduced that delay down to 3 hours, so you have a chance to catch multiple pound openings in one day!

It'd be nice when the pound was opened multiple times in a day. I'm not sure these will changes the cycle of Pound at all..

Holy crud, I just saw this as I checked the pound page. Got rather confused to see "3 hours" there, haha.

This is going to be a huge change to get used to.
Personally I am unsure if I think 3 hours is really a good choice - I'd probably have picked 12 hours, so half of the old time - but I'll assume that you're gonna have an eye on how it's going to work out and adjust times if needed.

In any case, it's exciting to hear that we'll be able to adopt more often now! Finally my habit of compulsively checking the Pound page will pay off

Whoa, now that's a big change. I am glad a lot of these pets will make their way to new homes!
