Ahhh, nice to see the community up and going again!
I'm back from the pseudo-hiatus I took, haha.

So, for any newbies around, I'll reintroduce myself. I'm Rewind, an artist for simas and one of the most senior staff members. I joined the community in late 2013 and have been here (with some brief hiatuses) since. -waves-

Now, onto the updates.

1. Sima Community amv is still in progress, just taking my time. I hope to be able to live stream the progress soon. If you're new, search the thread for the form and PM it to me!
2. Working on a comic starring my simas (I have a lot). The first page is complete and the plot is written for the prologue.
3. Halloween 2k15 items- any you receive from me are still valid! PM me if you have some you want used.
4. Customs - Halloween and other customs you got from me should be sent my way soon so I have time to work on it!

Now, due to my absence, I'm a bit confused. What are the rules for an artist to sell designs? Can they sell customs? What are the acceptable currencies for selling designs?

Finished my two sima myos from rens games!

My first girl, i used a halloween cyclops eye, rare hair, forges hammer (which changed the overall rarity which is why the bar is red), and a minor jewel guard edit.

She'll be a spunky, uplifting girl whos very weary of what others think of her ouo

The second, and my winged one, i used an enchanted snake, a pair of big wings, uncommon hair, and claws ouo hes named Alexander (not alex)

Hes an adventurous punk who loves living in the fast lane! He doesnt like sitting still and will suddenly fly off if he has too, leaving whoever in the dust as he flys circles around them. He has some troubles speakin however

Wih accesories

Has a pet ferret, a pair of goggles that he keeps in his bag unless flying in serious weather, an ear cuff, and a messenger bag. Inside his messeger bag is a pair of head phones, a 16 gig ipod, and some snacks including jerky for his ferret.

He often helps pass packages or messags between friends cause he loves to go places and realizes hes good at passing things!


Ferret is named terf, he is a rude and spunky dude who hates being called cute! We will likely bite anyone he doesnt like, and is a very hard judge of character.

and i thought i'd try to answer your questions because i sell most of my designs on dA- Qualeo prefers that you make up for paid simas with free simas every so often so people can have a chance, and that no design is sold for over $10. i sell for USD and dA points, but im not sure about other stuff.

And to answer your question, what I remember from the message we got about it was that we were always to make more free simas than paid ones and that not every free one we made could be a quick one. I don't think she mentioned anything concerning selling customs so that would probably have to be brought up with her. And then I also don't really have any idea what you were allowed to sell them for though since the selling of simas isn't something I was ever comfortable with and thus I never bothered to look much into that part of it all

I have missed you. Welcome back <3 i dont know anything really about your questions. Although i am excited for you thing your making! (hopeing to see some of my babies.. Im oretty sure i pmed yoh?)
