purring softly, she beams, she hadn't expected her plan to work so well, and now she wondered why she hadn't done this sooner, just to actually talk to sage, since once he was talking he was actually rather sociable. "wonderful! i'm not too good of a hunter either, which considering how i'm built compared to talon's, you'd think our roles would be opposite." she muses, cleaning off some dirt that was stuck in between her pads.

Briar sighed, watching Storm for a moment before heading off to join a group of prey-hunters.


Sunteller smiled at Talon as he sat near her. "Hi." She mewed, her voice sounding softer than it usually would be. She usually kept her voice level and stern.

Sunteller looked down at Mouse after Moss asked if she was a prey-hunter or a guard. She grinned when she saw Mouse was already looking up at her, excitement in her eyes. The healer looked back at Moss.

"Mouse is neither of those." Sunteller mewed, her tail flicking. "She's my to-be."

Her gaze was dull with inner sorrow as she glared at the lifeless goat laying on the cave floor. The stone slowly sucking away what little heat remained in the goat and Fox's paw pads. The brown and white tabby quickly took a Chunk of the goat's flesh and stalked out of the cave and back to her tree. 'I don't need any one, I can take care of myself' her thoughts burned deep into her conscious as she leap into the thick lower branches and into a 'mat' made of tangle branches where she slept each night. 'i refuse to stay in that cave for long, I need freedom!' rage burned in Fox's eyes for reasons not thought or spoken of as she tore into her goat and dropped it's fur on her branches making it more comfortable.

Thyme had returned to the cave, lounging against a wall as he waited for Petal and Sage to return, fully aware of the fact that he had lost the wager with Petal. His ear flicked stretching his paws out in front of him. He'd just... have to figure out what he was going to actually do to fulfill his end of the bargain, now.

nodding, she stands, tilting her head to the side as she looks towards sage. "let's head back to camp now, it's starting to get a bit late." she notes, flicking her tail back in the direction of the cave before padding over to the edge of the clearing, looking back to make sure the tom was following before heading back over the rocks towards the cave

curling his fluffy tail over his paws, he watches sunteller with a soft gaze. "how are your herb stocks?" he questions, flicking his ear as he thought of things to talk about. if need be he really wouldn't mind helping her collect herbs, after all he had been helping her out for a while and knew some of the best spots for the pungent plants

"... So it is." He agreed, standing as well. He yawned and stretched, shaking a few scraps of debris from the training out of his fur as he did so. It was only about then that he actually started after Petal, bounding forward to catch up with her as she headed back to the cave.

humming softly, she makes her way back to the cave easily, stopping at the entrance and looking towards sage for a moment before heading inside, glancing towards where her brother was talking with sunteller and a few others before finding a nice spot to finish cleaning the dirt off of her pelt

Sunteller's right ear twitched slightly as she listened to Talon speak. "My herb stocks are good mostly, I do need to go and get some more ragweed and tormentil."
